LAMMPS 'pair_style kim' command extended to support 'pair_style hybrid' and 'fix adapt'

The pair_style kim command, which allows KIM Models to be used with LAMMPS, has been extended to support the pair_style hybrid and fix adapt commands, as specified in the LAMMPS documentation. For more details see:
