The European Materials Modelling Council (EMMC) will be holding it 3rd International Workshop (EMMC 2021) online on March 2-4, 2021. Organized by the six Focus Areas of EMMC, there are six plenary talks with 12 individual discussion covering model development, interoperability, digitization, industrial software and modeling tools, translation and training, future game changes, the EMMC Roadmap and R&I funding landscape in Europe.
Prof. Ellad Tadmor, who serves as the KIM Director, will be giving a talk on "Addressing Industrial Needs for Atomistic Simulations through OpenKIM" in Session 8: From Materials Science Software to Industrial Tools.
Participants will be able to interact online, in session discussions and lounges, as well as in the EMMC Forum. You will hear from research and industry leaders as well as about EC funding opportunities.
All participants are invited to contribute their work. The format is open as long as an abstract is provided as well as a link to an online session organized by the participant during the Open Contributions and Virtual Stands Sessions on Day 1 and Day 2 of the workshop.
