An EAM potential for studying body centered cubic (BCC) Nb-Ta-V high entropy alloys (HEAs) designed to study the effect of dislocations on strength. The EAM parameters for Ta are from Zhou et al. (PRB 69:144113, 2004), those for Nb element are from Lin et al. (J. Phys. Condens. Matter 25:105404, 2013), and parameters for V due to Satish Rao (unpublished). The combined model was generated by Francesco Maresca (Acta Mater., 182:235-249, 2020) based on the code provided by Zhou et al.). |
