Oscar Guerrero, born in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physics Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez. He furthered his studies by completing a Master of Science in Computational Physics at the University of Texas at El Paso. During his time at Academia, Guerrero's interests included ab initio and FEM computational methods to analyze phase changes under pressure/temperature and the mechanical behavior/fracture in materials.

Guerrero has experience as a college lecturer, teacher in five different independent school districts (ISDs), two of the largest open-charter schools in Texas, and private education corporations. He taught all four core subjects (math, science, English, and social studies) and served as a testing coordinator, Title I and federal program coordinator, SPED/504/GT director, and UIL coach. He holds multiple certifications, including ESL, SPED EC-12, Physics/Math (8-12), Science (7-12), GT (EC-12), and Principal.

Upon his retirement, Guerrero, having come to realize the importance of spirituality in advancing human evolution, now researches Natural Law while actively seeking to bridge the gap between science and spirituality.
